# FITQOR Wellness Club

> FITQOR is a luxury wellness and fitness club in Cascais (Alcabideche), Portugal, combining strength training, recovery, and longevity science under one roof. It is built around three pillars — Strength, Recovery, and Longevity — and centers on a personalized Wellness Age Assessment used to guide each member's training and recovery plan.

FITQOR operates a full Technogym-equipped gym floor, a dedicated Reformer Pilates and group classes studio, a Recovery Sanctuary (infrared sauna, cold plunge, compression boots, massage guns, zero-gravity chairs), a Wellness Clinic (nutrition, physiotherapy, sports massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Thermocheck breast health screening), a Kids Club by Nanny Poppins, and personal training for adults and teens. The club is partnered with Technogym, ClassPass, and Wellhub, and offers its own mobile app for booking, on-demand classes, and progress tracking.
