The Kids Club is inside FITQOR Cascais, R. Selões 133, 2645-146 Alcabideche (between Cascais and Sintra), with free parking on-site.
Children aged 0–12 are welcome.
Monday 09:00–12:00, Wednesday 16:00–19:00, Thursday 16:00–19:00, Saturday 09:00–12:00 and Sunday 14:00–17:00. Please book 24 hours in advance.
Book by WhatsApp or call, or in person at FITQOR. Nanny Poppins will then contact you to gather your child's key details. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is taken at the time of booking.

No. The Kids Club is open to all families. The same hourly rates apply to everyone: €10 for the 1st hour, €7.50 for the 2nd and €5 for the 3rd. A monthly kids membership (€49) gives unlimited Kids Club and kids fitness classes.
No. Drop-off and collection times are flexible, with no fixed session lengths.
